Immediate Full-Time Opening 

CCL Label Robbinsville, NJ is part of CCL Industries, a world leader in specialty labeling and packaging solutions for our global customers. The Robbinsville location specializes in pressure sensitive labels for home and personal care products.

We are seeking a Materials and Receiving Coordinator to join our Shipping/Production department at CCL Label. As a Materials and Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and expediting raw materials to presses for production of customer orders. You will play a vital role in overseeing the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials to ensure efficient production processes.

Shifts Available : 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm)

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Supports production team by moving raw materials from warehouse to printing presses and adjust out and dispose of inventory accordingly using handheld scanners.

  • Use stand-up forklift to retrieve/pull raw materials orders by using supporting documents for daily production.

  • Break-down raw material on wooden pallets and transfer to plastic pallets daily to fulfill production orders.

  • Put away raw materials such as foils, shrink material, base label and other office and production supplies daily.

  • Stage and pull production order with raw materials for overnight shifts according to production schedules.

  • Sort out and shrink wrap empty plastic pallets to be returned to each vendor and schedule shipment pick-up as needed.

  • Unload and load inbound/outbound shipments by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jack and sit-down forklift.

  • Move rejected materials to Quarantine area and scan to designated areas in our internal computer keeping system.

  • Work in correspondence with 1st shift Warehouse personnel and different departments such as scheduling to minimize all allocated inventory FIFO, purchasing on partials, late orders and damaged shipment returns and schedule changes as needed.

  • Performs daily/weekly inventory by the press and monthly inventories of raw materials and finished goods.

  • Maintains equipment and ensures good housekeeping in warehouse and loading dock by following safe work practices.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Must have working knowledge of inventory and proven experience in operating material handling equipment.

  • Must be a team player, excellent organizational skills and good interpersonal skills and professionalism to interface with all departments.

  • Must be punctual, self-motivated and able to work and resolve issues independently.

  • Must be able to operate manual and electric pallet jack, forklift, stand-up, sit-down lift.

  • Able to read, write and speak English.

  • Must have strong computer and basic math skills (required).

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and be able to bend, reach, climb, push, pull and stand for long periods of time.

  • Working with hands.

  • May be exposed to outdoor temperatures occasionally.

  • Regularly exposed to moderate noise level in the work environment. 

  • Must work normal shift hours and overtime as required.

Education & Experience:

High School Education or equivalent (required)

Prior Related Experience (Highly Preferred)
