Press Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team.  The Press Assistant will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are ready for delivery.  This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares next order for press

• Cleans press with Press Operator

• Sets up press with Press Operator

• Maintains supply inventory levels at presses

• Cleans pressroom

• Additional duties as directed by the Pressroom Supervisor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

Salary Range - $19-$20 per hour.
